When I worked in an office I had a standing desk and it definitely helped with fatigue and productivity. I’m sure this is different for each person, but I find the standing work experience to help keep productivity going. It will also save some mileage on the chair!

I have been working remotely full-time for nearly a year now: a 3/15/2020 remote anniversary. One of the bigger changes I have made in my home office has been upgrading the lighting. My home office was more of a guest room that was converted into an office. It is now an office that can also be a guest room!

My first exposure to Markdown was via John Gruber’s project circa 2004. This was a project that always interested me from early on in its existence. It has been quite intriguing watching how it has intertwined itself into current software development.

I do believe that remote working and working at home during a pandemic are two far different things. There is overlap and a lot of information can be gleamed from both. See Quarantine work is not Remote work.

Build Badges are a great way to communicate the build status of a given build for a project. Having this information quickly available to developers and project related staff is priceless. This can be stuffed in your README.md and displayed on the project home in TFS.
